Nanoindentation Tester NHT2 and Micro Scratch Tester (Anton Paar)
The Nanoindentation Tester NHT2 (Anton Paar) is designed for measuring hardness, elastic modulus, creep, and other surface properties from the nanometer to the micrometer scale. The wide ranges of load and penetration depth enable you to measure the mechanical properties of a large variety of materials. Soft and hard materials as well as thin and thick coatings can be tested. Hardness, elastic modulus, and other properties such as viscoelasticity, creep compliance, and stres-sstrain curve can be determined with a single measurement. The NHT2 is combined with Micro Scratch Tester head on the same platform.
